Introducing the Arrowsmith Tiny Home, a charming example of how minimal design combines with upscale finishes. It possesses a roomy two-bedroom design, equipped with all the essentials and comforts one might desire. This mobile home is smartly arranged and exceptionally functional, allowing you to embrace compact living while still enjoying the luxuries of a conventional home. Crafted by Left Coast Tiny Homes, a quaint tiny home constructor based in British Columbia, you can request various sizes for the home—ranging anywhere from 32 to 40 feet in length, along with a width of 8.5 or 10 feet. It’s constructed on a triple-axle trailer, boasting generous dimensions.

The Arrowsmith Tiny Home comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a snug living area that features a propane fireplace, a bedroom on the ground floor, and a lofted sleeping area. The bathroom is also ingeniously designed to function as a laundry room. The arrangement is rather traditional, placing the living room squarely in the heart of the house. The kitchen, located at one end, includes full-size appliances and ample counter space. It comes complete with a big apron sink, refrigerator, full range, microwave/hood, and a dishwasher. You’ll also find plenty of custom-built floor-based and overhead cabinets in the kitchen.

As you walk into the home, you are greeted by a warm living area, featuring a comfy sofa, a fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. Tiny ledges are positioned beside the sofa, offering spots for decorative items. A set of ledges serves both as stairs leading to the sleeping loft, saving space and removing the need for a ladder or bulky staircase. This home includes two bedrooms, with the ground-floor bedroom offering a queen-size bed that maintains the privacy typical to regular bedrooms. The second bedroom is essentially a loft area, accommodating a full-sized bed, and showcases soft neutral shades together with an accent wall made from light wood slats.
