These days, there are tons of thermal printers available. Theyre commonly used for tasks like scrapbooking, journaling, labeling, and even printing receipts for small businesses. If you have one, have you ever thought it would be neat to have a screen on it for watching videos? Probably not, but this concept of a thermal printer actually focuses a lot more on education, surprising enough, with it’s integrated video screen.

Even tho the name includes “thermal printer,” that seems more like a side feature. The N2-Thermal printer concept is designed primarily as a screen-enabled learning device, resembling a typical camera, and it also has camera capabilities. It aims to cater to those who might need a mix of all these functions.
This device is being promoted mainly as an educational tool, with videos available for students and even adults to watch. It features a camera that has an AI-based question search function and claims to be able to even grade kids’ homework (though details on that are vague). It also includes a versatile flip stand to adjust viewing angles, and it can be swapped out for different styles thanks to its quick release feature.
Now, about that thermal printing abilities—yeah, they’re still included since that’s in the name but the actual purpose of having a printer isn’t all that clear. Maybe it could be useful for printing out homework or something, but really, the options for that seems kinda limited.
