Created by Frontier Tiny Homes, the new 2024 Perpetua model is their latest design. Built on a triple-axle trailer, this park model measures 40 feet in length and 10 feet in width. The creators describe it as a “luxury tiny castle.” Amazingly, it can house up to eight people across four bedrooms, and it even has a full kitchen and bathroom. This isn’t just another mobile home; if you think about it, it offers all the comforts and luxuries you’d find in a full-time house. It’s so cozy and comes with finishes that scream luxury.

Tiny park homes generally share many of the features found in regular houses, but they are mounted on wheels making them mobile. These homes still require special permits for relocation. The Perpetua weighs roughly 24,000 lbs and can manage a carrying capacity of 4,000 lbs. One of its cool features is the dual-loft design creating distinct sleeping areas. The ground floor includes a seldom seen bedroom in tiny homes, along with a clever dropped floor design that has full wardrobe and extra storage options, plus a big sliding door.

The spacious ground floor also has a fully featured bathroom that’s equipped with a flushing toilet, a walk-in shower, sink with vanity, and even a washer-dryer combo. There’s a cozy lounge area which can double as a guest bedroom — plus an extra couch for even more sleeping space. The living room is enhanced with an elegant electric fireplace, and an entertainment center could be placed right above it, adding to the homely feel.

The kitchen comes with a double-door fridge and freezer, a 4-burner gas range plus oven, a microwave, hood extractor, dishwasher, and a big farm sink. To top it all off, the countertops are solid walnut butcher block; they also have white oak cabinets, which includes soft-close feature on all doors. If you go with the two-level layout, one of the lofts can fit a king-sized bed. Lastly, the living room also has vaulted ceilings, five stabilizer jacks, stylish tongue-and-groove exterior siding, SunStable windows with screens, and a mini-split system for both cooling and heating.
