Introducing the Olivia Summit, a tiny house crafted by Tiny Mountain Houses that stretches out to 42 feet long. It’s on the bigger end for a North American tiny home and rests on a triple-axle trailer. The exterior is wrapped in concrete fiber lap siding topped with a sleek standing seam metal roof. Inside, you’ll find a roomy one-floor layout boasting two bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring that you won’t ever feel short of conveniences.

    Upon walking into the home, you’re greeted by a cozy living room. It’s pretty spacious and features an L-shaped sofa, an electric fireplace, and a wall-mounted TV. There’s plenty of glazing throughout the space, which lets in lots of natural light. The kitchen is fitted with a curved breakfast bar that can sit four, an oven paired with a four-burner propane stove, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a washer/dryer combo. On top of that, it has quartz countertops along with a stainless-steel sink and ample cabinetry.


    The main bathroom is situated right next to the kitchen and is accessed via a pocket door. It has a shower, a small vanity sink, and a toilet along with storage. The two bedrooms in the property, the master is conveniently beside the kitchen and bathroom. It has comfortable headroom, a double bed, a wall-mounted TV, and additional storage space.

    The other side of the house has the secondary bedroom, also with plenty of headroom, featuring bunk beds and its own bathroom. That bathroom includes a shower, vanity sink, toilet, and additional storage. This tiny home operate on a typical RV-style hookup and is currently listed for US$140,745. It comes complete with three mini-split air-conditioners and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.
